Policies:
3 Night Minimum Stay
Full refund if reservation is canceled at least 45 days prior to arrival.
Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a 30% deposit; balance will be charged to card on file one week prior to arrival date, unless other arrangements have been made.
We reserve the right to cancel any reservation.
Check in time is at 3:00 pm, check out time is at 10:00 am, unless other arrangements are made. Arrivals after 5:00 pm need to make check-in arrangements, prior to arrival.
Rates are subject to tax and cleaning fees.
Occupancy:
Occupancy is limited to number of confirmed guests.
Receptions, luau's and parties of any kind are strictly prohibited.
Smoking is allowed outside, in parking area only.
We reserve the right to cancel any reservation.
